What you'll do 

As the Outlet Cluster Supervisor, you oversee full operations from sales performance and inventory control to team management and customer satisfaction. You drive profitability, ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards, lead the team, and handle escalations. You will manage more than one outlet, adapting to operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills  

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, or related field) 

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in QSR or F&B 

• Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and operations 

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 

• Excellent customer service orientation 

• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality compliance standards
