Job Description:
The Service Crew is responsible for the following:
- Providing good customer service and attending to customers' needs.
- Taking and serving customers their orders.
- Dealing with customer feedback with a positive attitude.
- Regular Sanitation.
- Lending a hand to different store areas whenever it is needed.
- Physical work includes standing for long periods, reaching counter tops/high storage shelves, being exposed to heavy smoke and steam, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients.
