What you'll do
As an Outlet Senior Crew member, you play a vital role in delivering the Compose Coffee experience. You ensure every beverage and food item meets quality standards, maintain a clean and safe environment, and provide friendly, efficient customer service. You support daily operations to help create a smooth and enjoyable café experience for every guest.

Qualifications and Skills
- Senior High School graduate or college-level
- A passion for customer service and coffee is key; experience is a plus
- Knowledge in beverage preparation is a plus
- Customer-service oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable
- Good communication skills
- Aware of hygiene and food safety practices
- Works well with teammates to ensure a welcoming café experience
