Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding real estate services

- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Address and resolve client complaints and issues

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
