Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills and be able to accurately input and maintain large amounts of information into our database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain data in our database accurately and efficiently

- Verify data by comparing it to source documents

- Update and correct any errors or discrepancies in data

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
