You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our properties, services, and policies to customers

- Assist customers with the application process, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Continuously stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Promote and maintain a positive image of the company at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a real estate or property management setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
