Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our services and assist clients with their real estate needs

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional support as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide the best possible service

- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and targets

- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
