Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining and updating records, and providing support to our team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms

- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets

- Organize and file physical and electronic documents

- Respond to data inquiries and requests for information

- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is entered and managed accurately

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
