Position Overview:

The Invoice Processing Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices for our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and review invoices from vendors and contractors

- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies

- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system

- Prepare and process payments to vendors and contractors

- Maintain accurate records of all invoices and payments

- Communicate with vendors and contractors regarding invoice inquiries and payment status

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related role

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
