HR Assistant (People & Culture)
Onsite – Pasig City, Metro Manila · Full-time
Sodarizer is looking for an HR Assistant (People & Culture) to help ensure every team member is thriving, aligned, and supported in their role. This is a people operations role focused on real execution—running scorecards, gathering feedback, keeping records organized, and helping make sure the companys culture is lived every day.
What youll do
- Run or help facilitate weekly scorecard and check-in meetings with team members.
- Gather honest feedback from employees and surface important issues to leadership early.
- Coordinate payroll details with finance and help track attendance, performance, and people-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement, morale, and basic HR processes in collaboration with the Finance Controller and founders.
- Help implement company culture and standards, keeping people-related records organized and up to date.
- Follow up consistently with team members and managers to ensure agreed actions are completed.
This is not a purely admin role; its ideal for someone who likes talking to people, keeping things structured, and making sure follow-through happens.
What were looking for
- Experience in roles that involve people coordination, follow-ups, or operations in environments like retail, F&B, warehousing, startups, or SMEs.
- Strong people skills and emotional awareness, with comfort having structured conversations with staff.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented when handling attendance, payroll details, and people records.
- Clear and confident communication style, with a strong follow-through and accountability mindset.
- Comfortable talking to people regularly, gathering feedback, and maintaining confidentiality and trust.
Exposure to HR, admin, or people operations, and familiarity with performance tracking or scorecards, are nice-to-haves but not strict requirements.
Work setup, salary, and benefits
- Arrangement: Fully onsite.
- Location: Pasig City.
- Level: Entry Level / Junior Specialist, reporting to the Finance Controller / Founders, with no direct reports.
