Help build and scale Sodarizers B2B sales engine.
Sodarizer is a fast-growing food & beverage startup that helps people enjoy refreshing soda at home, and now we are expanding our B2B presence. We are hiring a B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead a small team, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue across both big brands and high-volume smaller clients.​

What youll do

  • Lead and coach a team of B2B Sales Representatives to hit ambitious but realistic sales targets.​
  • Build and improve repeatable B2B sales processes, scripts, and playbooks for different customer segments.​
  • Identify and close B2B opportunities with brands, distributors, and business customers.​
  • Manage both key accounts and a portfolio of smaller clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.​
  • Own the sales pipeline: forecasting, tracking results, and working with the Sales & Marketing Lead / Founders on strategy.​

What were looking for

  • Solid experience in B2B sales where you have led or coached other salespeople and contributed to a teams success.​
  • A strong track record of closing B2B deals or partnerships and growing revenue through relationship-based selling.​
  • Comfortable handling both bigger, strategic accounts and many smaller deals at the same time.​
  • Confident communicator and negotiator who sells based on understanding customer needs, not just reading a script.​
  • Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or other relationship-driven sales environments is a plus.​
  • Experience building sales teams, or working with network / MLM-style sales structures, is a bonus but not required.​

Work setup, salary, and benefits

  • Level: Specialist, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Lead / Founders.​
  • Setup: Hybrid.​
  • Location: Metro Manila (Pasig preferred).​
  • Salary range: ₱30,000 – ₱70,000 per month, depending on experience and fit.​
  • Benefits: Government-mandated benefits plus performance-based commissions and incentives tied to sales results.
