Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning for cruises, hotels, resorts, and packaged trips

Research travel options based on client preferences and budgets

Coordinate reservations and verify booking details for accuracy

Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm availability and arrangements

Provide general destination and itinerary guidance to clients

Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms

Maintain organized client records and booking documentation

Follow company procedures and service standards for all bookings

Required Qualifications
