Head of Finance

We're hiring a Head of Finance at JoySpring!

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on finance leader who can fully own the Finance function and help build the financial foundation for the next stage of growth at JoySpring.

Some of the biggest priorities for this role include:
– improving the monthly close process
– strengthening inventory valuation and financial visibility
– building scalable financial infrastructure
– improving channel profitability and financial performance
– supporting forecasting, operational planning, and strategic decision-making

This role will partner cross-functionally across the organization and play a key role in supporting a fast-growing multi-channel business across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, retail, and wholesale.

The ideal background includes:
– experience within fast-growing eCommerce, CPG, consumer brands, or omnichannel retail businesses
– exposure to inventory-driven and accrual-based accounting environments
– experience supporting businesses in the $30M–$100M revenue range
– familiarity with retail expansion and international operations

It's a plus if tools like Bill.com, Drivepoint, QuickBooks Online, Luminous, Excel, and Google Sheets are already part of your finance world
