JSI USA is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) for our Chantilly, Virginia office. We offer a relaxed, casual environment where you will enjoy a personal team atmosphere in which open communications and design discussions are encouraged.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Security Officer to oversee the security operations of our facility in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and a proven track record in ensuring compliance with government security regulations.

Responsibilities

The FSO will provide daily functional support to the personnel, physical, and information security requirements of the facility.

Ensures compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) as well as various other agency directives.

Assist CSO with management of FOCI operations.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of changes in security rules and procedures. Work as a team player, exhibit flexibility, set priorities, and manage customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

Completion of FSO Program Management curriculum

Strong organizational and administrative skills

In-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)

Working knowledge of DCSA systems and applications to include NISS, DISS, NBIS, eAPP, etc.

Bachelors degree plus five years experience or equivalent experience in lieu of education
