Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the influencer marketing sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and objectives.
- Present tailored influencer marketing solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and influencer management, to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with influencers and content creators to understand their capabilities and align them with client needs.
- Foster relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address any performance gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the influencer marketing or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
