A Digital Marketing Manager leads all online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Managing social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content strategies
- Monitoring website traffic, analytics, and conversion rates
- Overseeing e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels
- Planning email marketing, automation, and CRM activities
- Working with design, content, and media teams
- Managing marketing budgets and optimizing ad performance
- Building brand presence across digital channels
- Tracking KPIs and preparing monthly performance reports
- Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing online campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, CMS platforms, and social media dashboards.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, and brand engagement.
- Understanding of UX/UI, website optimization, and e-commerce funnels (if applicable).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports.
- Creativity in developing digital content and brand messaging.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
