Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in recruitment and staffing to drive client acquisition, expand market presence, and generate revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition services, outsourcing solutions, and client relationship management within the Philippine market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries (BPO, construction, hospitality, corporate, etc.)
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Present and promote recruitment solutions, including direct hiring, executive search, and staff outsourcing
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of services
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems
• Attend networking events, job fairs, and industry meetings to generate leads
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
