Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Nepo Center, Angeles City Pampanga, Philippines
Job Summary
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for developing client relationships and securing recruitment contracts while sourcing and placing qualified candidates. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, including business development, job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and successful candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Identify and secure recruitment contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with companies to understand their hiring needs.
  • Promote recruitment services and expand the client portfolio.
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on client requirements.
  • Maintain an active database of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Process Management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide feedback and updates to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
Client & Candidate Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent.
  • Provide professional advice on recruitment strategies and market insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
Offer Management & Placement
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure successful placements.
  • Follow up with clients and candidates after placement to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in business development or client relationship management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
