About the Client

Our client is a confidential, Abu Dhabi–based FinTech organization undergoing a major technology and digital transformation.

Operating across Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity, the company is scaling rapidly and requires

expert recruitment support to secure top-tier engineering talent.

They are now seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter VA (Virtual Assistant) to support a high-priority recruitment project

involving leadership and engineering hires.

Role Overview

This is a fully remote role for an experienced Tech Recruiter VA with a strong background in technical and executive

recruitment. The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening,

and shortlisting candidates across multiple seniority levels within the FinTech and technology space.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment efforts for the following roles:

SVP / Executive Engineering Leadership

VP / Senior Engineering Management

Junior Software Engineers / Coders

- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

- Screen candidates for technical skills, leadership experience, and role suitability

- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers

- Coordinate interviews and support scheduling with stakeholders

- Build talent pools for FinTech, Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity profiles

- Prepare candidate shortlists and recruitment progress reports

- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the hiring process

- Provide market insights and talent availability feedback as needed

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter VA, Recruitment VA, or Technical Recruiter

- Experience hiring across executive, senior management, and junior engineering roles

- Strong understanding of technology and engineering roles, preferably within FinTech or digital banking

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS or recruitment trackers

- Excellent attention to detail and candidate evaluation skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
