Position: HR Executive
Location: Nepo Center, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines
Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, payroll administration, government compliance, employee documentation, and HR support services. The role ensures that company HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively while maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final interviews.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment pipelines.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
2. Payroll Administration
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll.
  • Maintain attendance records, overtime, and leave data for payroll computation.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing and salary disbursement.
3. Government Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Process and manage employee government benefits such as:
    • SSS
    • PhilHealth
    • Pag-IBIG
    • BIR requirements
  • Prepare required reports and documentation for government agencies.
4. HR Documentation & Records
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and HR letters.
  • Ensure all HR documents are properly filed and organized.
  • Monitor employee files for completeness and compliance.
5. Employee Relations
  • Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in HR operations or HR generalist role.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and government compliance.
  • Familiar with Philippine labor laws and government statutory requirements.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
