Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to grow our recruitment and manpower services in the UAE market. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth across industries such as construction, facilities management, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, and corporate sectors.

The ideal candidate has strong UAE market knowledge, client-facing experience, and a proven ability to generate recruitment or manpower business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the UAE recruitment & manpower market

  • Identify and acquire new clients (companies, contractors, HR managers, project owners)

  • Promote local recruitment, overseas manpower supply, and staffing solutions

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service agreements

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and deals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and MS Office

  • English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
