Job Summary

We are seeking a Korean Teacher Virtual Assistant (VA) to deliver engaging online Korean language lessons and provide academic support to students. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean, passionate about teaching, and comfortable working in a remote, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online Korean language classes (Beginner to Advanced levels)

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities

• Assist students with speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

• Track student progress and provide regular feedback

• Customize lessons based on student goals (TOPIK, conversation, business Korean, etc.)

• Manage class schedules and coordinate sessions online

• Support students through chat, email, or learning platforms

• Maintain a positive and professional virtual learning environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native or fluent Korean speaker

• Teaching experience (online teaching preferred)

• Korean teaching certification or related education is an advantage

• Strong English communication skills

• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms)

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

• Patient, engaging, and student-focused teaching style

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching foreign students

• Knowledge of TOPIK exam preparation

• Ability to create digital learning materials (PPT, PDFs, worksheets)

• Basic admin or VA experience is a plus
