Our client is a fast-growing Australian homewares e-commerce brand, offering curated home décor, kitchenware, and lifestyle products across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
With a strong emphasis on operational excellence, brand growth, and customer experience, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support leadership and daily business operations.
Role Overview
This is a fully remote, full-time role for a detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant who will work closely with senior management. The successful candidate will support executive-level tasks, streamline operations, and ensure efficient coordination across business functions including e-commerce, marketing, and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support including calendar management, scheduling, and email handling
- Assist in project coordination across e-commerce operations, marketing, and product launches
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Monitor business operations and flag issues or inefficiencies
- Support decision-making with research and data gathering
- Manage administrative tasks such as file organization, documentation, and SOPs
- Assist in overseeing daily e-commerce activities across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive VA, Admin VA, or similar role (Fresh but capable candidates are also welcome to apply)
- Experience supporting business owners or senior management is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus
