Position Overview

Sales & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and vehicle sales growth. This role combines traditional sales leadership with digital expertise to optimize the company's reach and performance in online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet, corporate, and B2B sales.
  • Oversee showroom operations and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Analyze competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, SEO, YouTube, etc., to drive leads and traffic.
  • Oversee social media and website optimization to boost brand visibility and conversions.
  • Track and report digital performance using analytics and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for effective online marketing materials.
  • Manage email and retargeting campaigns to convert and retain leads.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in vehicle sales and digital marketing (combined or separate).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, and advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid drivers license.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
  • Number of new clients acquired and retention of key accounts.
  • Sales pipeline strength and conversion rate.
  • Customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Sales team performance and development.

Working Condition:

  • Working hours: 8:00am 12:00pm; 01:30pm 5:30pm
  • Working days: Mon Sat (half)
  • Public holiday following labor law
  • Working location: The Fortune Tower, Building C7, floor 15th, Olympia City, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
