Position Summary

We are looking for a Project-Based Talent Sourcing Specialist to support short-term hiring needs across Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Facility Management projects. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and building talent pipelines for specific projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results within defined project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent for project-specific roles.

- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, Boolean searches, and sourcing tools to identify candidates.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority, short-term, and hard-to-fill project roles.

- Screen CVs and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for project requirements.

Recruitment Support

- Collaborate with recruiters and project managers to understand project-specific role requirements.

- Present qualified candidates and provide insights from CV screening.

- Track and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and project teams.

Employer Branding & Outreach

- Create and send targeted outreach messages to engage passive candidates for project roles.

- Represent the company professionally across all communication channels.

- Promote project openings and support employer branding on social media, career sites, and other platforms.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Specialist, or similar HR role.

- Experience sourcing for roles in Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Facility Management preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.

- Experience screening CVs and shortlisting candidates.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple project roles and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Experience sourcing for short-term or contract-based projects.

- Knowledge of labor market trends in targeted industries.

- Familiarity with automation or AI sourcing tools.

- Ability to track project metrics and provide actionable insights.
