Role Overview

This is a fully remote, full-time role for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paid ads, social media campaigns, and performance tracking to drive leads, conversions, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok)

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, and conversions

- Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Track and analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics

- Generate performance reports and actionable insights

- Collaborate with creatives for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages

- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead funnels

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Candidate Requirements

- 1+ years' experience in digital marketing, media buying, or similar role

- Hands-on experience running Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns

- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs

- Strong written English communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

- Detail-oriented and willing to learn and grow

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing

- Experience with funnel building or landing pages

- Agency experience is a plus
