Position: Senior HR/Admin Officer (Compensation & Benefits)

I. Job Overview: The Senior HR/Admin Officer (Compensation & Benefits) will be responsible for managing and overseeing for staff attendance, performance management and compensation and benefits to ensure the calculation is accurate, and compliance with company policies, tax law, Cambodian labour law and other law of Cambodia.
II. Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources:
- Manage compensation and benefits including payroll, NSSF payment, allowances, bonuses, OT and other staff benefits.
- Monitoring staff attendance and time keeping
- Oversee and update the HRIMS to ensure all staff profiles, records, and HR data are accurate and up to date includes new joined staff, staff resign, promotion, transfer
- Ensure all benefits payment compliance with company policies, Cambodian labour laws, tax regulations and other law of Cambodia
- Support annual salary reviews, staff performance appraisal
- Coordinate with external parties, insurance providers, banks, government, agencies, regarding employee benefits and auditing
- Prepare and analyze HR reports related to payroll, employee benefits to HRAD Manager
- Assist in drafting compensation and benefits policies, procedures to ensure compliance with the lasted new prakas announcement
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HRAD Manager.
III. Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on compensation & benefits, HR systems, and attendance management.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
St- rong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Ms. word, excel and power point and HR systems/software.
