Position: Baker

Prepare fresh bakery products in accordance with recipes and hygiene standards, ensuring product quality and consistency.
- Prepare doughs and batters for various breads, pastries, and baked goods.
- Operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).
- Monitor baking processes and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area.
- Assist with stock control and ingredient ordering.
- Ensure all products meet visual and taste quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a baker.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work early mornings or shifts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Shift-based work schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- Standing for extended periods.
- Work under airport security supervision.
Salary: $550 - $1000
Location: Phnom-Penh at TIA Techo International Airport (Cambodia)
Contract type: Permanent
