Prepare fresh bakery products in accordance with recipes and hygiene standards, ensuring product quality and consistency.

  • Prepare doughs and batters for various breads, pastries, and baked goods.
  • Operate baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.).
  • Monitor baking processes and adjust as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area.
  • Assist with stock control and ingredient ordering.
  • Ensure all products meet visual and taste quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a baker.
  • Good understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work early mornings or shifts.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Shift-based work schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Work under airport security supervision.

Salary: $550 - $1000

Location: Phnom-Penh at TIA Techo International Airport (Cambodia)
