Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Phnom Penh

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
• Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, providing solutions to meet their needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships with Chinese-speaking markets.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and present reports to senior management.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate deals and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in Chinese.
  
• Proven experience in sales management or business development.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
