Role Summary: As the frontline of communication, you will be instrumental in
upholding our reputation for outstanding customer service. Your role will involve managing customer interactions with poise and proficiency in English, ensuring that every customer feels heard and helped.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and
    empathetic customer assistance.
  • Utilize exceptional English communication skills to accurately understand and address customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings to support customers
    effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive service environment focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of product updates and service
    techniques.
  • Document customer interactions with precision, ensuring a reliable database for follow-up actions.
  • Contribute insights toward service enhancement, participating actively in the
    development of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience: A background in customer service roles, demonstrating a track record of managing customer inquiries and delivering solutions.
  • English language proficiency: Superior spoken and written English skills, capable of
    engaging customers with clarity and professionalism.
  • CRM system familiarity: Experience with CRM platforms, adept at managing customer data and interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills: Adept at identifying customer issues and navigating to
    satisfactory resolutions.
  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, responding effectively to
    diverse customer scenarios

Working Hours:

  • Working Time 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Lunchbreak: 12:00 - 13:30)
  • Working Day: Monday - Friday & Saturday (Half Day)

Salary:

$300
