Position: Deputy Front Office Manager (Female Only)

Reports to: Front Office Manager and School Director

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Line manager of an assigned group of Front Office Supervisors to ensure they perform up to the standards of the position and meet the school goals;
  • Be able to initiate new strategy to increase student enrollment, payment collection and parent satisfaction of the school services;
  • Perform other tasks related to FO Management assigned by the school director.
  • Be responsible of a group of classes like a Front Office Supervisor and below is the main duty as a front office supervisor:
    - Ensure the good parent satisfaction via good communication with parent of the assigned classes;
    - Ensure correct information in the parent profile file of the assigned class in the monthly basic;
    - Ensure parents are satisfied with the school services, the school program, activities, and school meals;
    - Ensure professional, efficient and timely home communication of the assigned classes;
    - Be able to satisfy parents when parents have inquiry or complaint about student learning, well-being, school fees, school policies or other inquiries and have track record on parent complaint and suggestion for improvement,
    - Ensure all payments are collected per scheduled and with compliance per management guidelines and school policy;
    - Receive visitor to achieves the set target for enrolments and participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long-term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents;
    - Serve as Line manager of Teaching assistants of the assigned classes that included but not limited to monitor and evaluate the teaching assistants of the assigned classes to ensure they perform well up to the positions and school standards;
    - Keep updated record of student list with allergy, parent profile, student withdrawal and new enrollment, visitor list, number of sickness and incident and ensure student enrollment form are complete by the student start school;
    - Lead initiatives and collaborate with faculty and student affair supervisor to improve parent satisfaction and strengthen home school partnership and parent satisfaction about the school services;
    - Allocate TAs and Assist during drop off and pick up time to ensure smooth transition;
    - Coordinate parent-teacher meetings as per parent/faculty request;
    - Supervise meal time and visit assigned classrooms and take actions to improve school services (meals, classroom hygiene, tidiness and safety)

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree/ Master Degree of Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-year working experiences in Sales/Marketing/Advertising/Brand management/Customer service;
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in education field is preferred;
  • Experience in international school is a plus;
  • Experience in managing a team is a plus;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result;
  • Desire to learn and overcome new challenges;
  • Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, and very good team work;
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic
  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills;
