Job Summary:
The Software Testing VA is responsible for assisting in quality assurance processes by performing manual or automated tests, reporting bugs, and ensuring the software meets quality standards. This role is crucial in supporting development teams to deliver error-free and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and usability testing for web or mobile applications.

• Create, execute, and document test cases based on user requirements.

• Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or Bugzilla.

• Collaborate with developers and designers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.

• Support the QA team in preparing test reports and feedback documentation.

• Simulate real user scenarios and ensure the software behaves as expected.

• Provide suggestions for product improvements based on testing results.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

• Experience using testing tools or platforms (e.g., Jira, Selenium, TestRail) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.

• Tech-savvy and quick learner of new software or systems.
