Position: MDM Specialist

The MDM Specialist is responsible for the accuracy, consistency, and governance of all master data related to products, suppliers, and pricing. This role is critical for enabling efficient procurement, inventory, and sales operations by maintaining high-quality data across systems.

Master Data Creation & Maintenance
- Create and update product, vendor, and pricing data in ERP and POS systems.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of master data across all platforms.
- Manage product categorization, unit of measure, barcodes, and stock attributes.

Process Management & Data Governance
- Define and apply data quality rules and validation processes.
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, category, and finance teams to streamline master data workflows.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, and interface development.

Data Quality Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Conduct regular data audits and identify anomalies or gaps.
- Resolve data issues and provide support to end-users.
- Proactively monitor data accuracy and propose improvements.

Reporting & Documentation
- Generate reports related to product master files, data change history, and error tracking.
- Maintain user guides and SOPs related to master data processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or Data Management.
- 2+ years in a similar data management role, preferably in retail or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel and ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision).- 
- Fluent in English.

Salary: $600 - $1000

Location: Phnom-Penh at TIA Techo International Airport (Cambodia)
