Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion people management: Implement strategies to recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the BPO landscape, fostering a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive performance management: Set and exceed performance management standards, utilizing BPO industry benchmarks to measure and enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure client satisfaction: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, delivering services that align with the high standards expected in the BPO industry.
  • Conduct soft skills and communications training: Develop and deliver training programs for all levels within the organization, with a particular focus on customer support agents to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Operational KPIs: Define and track operational KPIs specific to BPO operations, ensuring peak performance and client satisfaction.
  • Budget management: Administer financial operations, including budgeting and resource allocation, to maximize the projects financial health.
  • Compliance and safety: Uphold strict adherence to BPO industry regulations and safety standards, guaranteeing a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in operations management within the BPO industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading BPO teams to achieve exceptional performance metrics.
  • Strong client management skills with a track record of fostering high client satisfaction in a BPO setting.
  • Experience in developing and conducting training programs, particularly in soft skills and communications.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with BPO-specific qualifications.

Working Hours:

  • Working Time 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (Lunchbreak: 12:00 - 13:30)
  • Working Day: Monday - Friday & Saturday (Half Day)

Salary:

$1500 - $1800
