Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO to oversee all aspects of program activities
- Test, implement programs and delivery model set forth in Operational Manual
- Support, inspire, and lead high performing of core programs
- Lead all aspects of capacity upgrading including program partnership with ecosystem builders, both local and international, co-financing scheme proposal, pitch/demo day or business competition, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of entrepreneurial cultural promotion in digital marketing including brand awareness, co-branding activities and media management
- Oversee the design and develop marketing strategies and activities to attract more SMEs, startup, venture capitalists, mentors, talents, incubators/accelerators and another potential ecosystem builder
- Accelerate to increase online and offline engagements, outreach and interactions from the local and international entrepreneurial communities
- Oversee organization of capability workshop or seminar or entrepreneurship day; either jointly or separately with partnered institutions/organizations/ companies
- Initiate Mentorship panel who will provide business advisory and mentorship to entrepreneurs, startup founders and other beneficiaries and help them grow
- Build an investment pipeline and prepare credit appraisal documents and other relevant investment or co-investment proposals;
- Guide the support on legal arrangement and process of disbursement of funds under satisfactory conditions and timely manner.
- Support the delivery of technical assistance to prospective investees and
beneficiaries for their investment readiness - Support core divisions to undertake other relevant tasks related to market and business outlook, financial investment management and mobilization, but not limited to other tasks assigned by the management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, or related field.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in related fields.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace and Jira
- Familiarity with entrepreneurship, business, and investment concepts (preferred).
Working Hours:
- Mon - Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
