Barista (Retail Hospitality)

Position: Barista

Industry: Retail Hospitality

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, while providing friendly and efficient service to customers.

- Prepare espresso-based and other hot/cold beverages.
- Operate coffee machines and grinders.
- Take orders and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of service area and equipment.
- Ensure quality and consistency in every cup.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a barista preferred.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITION:

-Shift-based work schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays).
- Standing for extended periods.
- Work under airport security supervision.

Salary: $400 - $500

Location: Phnom-Penh at TIA Techo International Airport (Cambodia)
Contract type: Permanent
