Position: Poster Designer

Responsibilities:

Create engaging contents; visually appealing posters for school events, announcements, and campaigns.
Design posters that convey information clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with team to understand design needs.
Use design software to produce quality posters.
Maintain and develop the engagement with our target groups across all digital channels;
Meet deadlines for poster creation and delivery.
Follow any tasks assigned by manager and other tasks related to digital design.

Requirements:

At least Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related fields
Minimum of 1-year experience in digital marketing
Solid understanding of social media and Google Ads algorithms
Experience in running successful Google Ads and Facebook campaign
Strong analytical and innovative skill
Desire to learn and overcome new challenges
A dynamic and motivated individual with good organizing abilities, interpersonal and communication skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Skill in designing to create the creative designs and posters
Capable in using English
