Job Title: Community Facilitator

Location: Sihanoukville/Koh Kong

Responsibilities:

Other tasks assigned by management
Plan, manage and coordinate field-based activities involving with community fisheries in (Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk)
Facilitate and arrange field-based activities such as dissemination workshop, training, reporting, and other ad-hoc work when necessary
Provide technical advice and general support on program implementation to community fisheries and other beneficiaries
Liaise with local authorities, civil society, development partners and other relevant stakeholders on program implementation
Communicate and facilitate with central project team to ensure smooth and timely program implementation

Qualification:

Bachelors degree above natural resource management, environment, rural development related field

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in working with community fisheries in Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk
Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and, occasionally, irregular hours.
Fluency in Khmer and working knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.
