QMS Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Position: QMS Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible in overseeing the quality performances and innovations of each brand handled in achieving the Buyer Technical Audit, RFT, SQR Rating, Metal Free compliance, 0% Warehouse Claim, adicomp Return for adidas and Pass rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approves and rejects orders/goods/artworks for any non-conformanceto Buyers standard base on the Approved Samples, Approved Mock-upthat have any discrepancies against Tech Pack/ AD/BOM.
• Ensures that KPIs will be achieved and maintained
• Implements rules and standards set by the company and buyers
• Monitors and follow ups inspection status based on the shipment
  schedules.
• Assists buyers and inspectors during factory visits, roving and finals
  inspections upon needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 4-year College graduate
• Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory position in a
  manufacturing setting.
• Must have a working knowledge in quality systems and
  garment production process
• Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage complex projects on a factory.
• Ability to think strategically, synthesize the most complex data and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably with risk and uncertainty.
• Ability to plan, lead, organize and control.
• Expert knowledge of the quality trends and strategies.
