Job Title: Logistic Operations Manager

Location: Phnom Penh

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Team Supervision: Manage and guide a team of logistics staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements in all logistics activities.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand and avoid stock shortages.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational reports, analyze key metrics, and track performance against targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent in Chinese is a must.
  
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
  

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
