Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing strategies to promote recruitment services, attract clients, and strengthen employer branding. This role assists in digital campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and coordination with the recruitment team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish job ads, company updates, and promotional content
  • Monitor engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance

Content Creation

  • Create marketing materials such as:
    • Job postings
    • Email campaigns
    • Brochures and presentations
  • Write clear and engaging content for recruitment ads and branding
  • Coordinate with designers for visuals and creatives

Lead Generation & Client Support

  • Support lead generation activities (email outreach, LinkedIn sourcing, database building)
  • Maintain and update client and candidate databases (CRM systems)
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients

Employer Branding

  • Help build and maintain the company's brand presence online
  • Promote company culture, success stories, and hiring campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms

Market Research

  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and hiring demands
  • Identify target industries and potential clients
  • Provide insights to improve marketing strategies

Administrative Support

  • Assist in organizing marketing events, job fairs, and webinars
  • Track marketing budgets and expenses
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment, BPO, or service industry
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Canva, Mailchimp)
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment industry is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Strong content writing and communication skills
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media analytics
  • CRM system experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Email marketing experience
