Job Summary

We are seeking a German Teacher Virtual Assistant (VA) to deliver engaging online German language lessons and provide learning support to students worldwide. The ideal candidate is fluent in German, enthusiastic about teaching, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online German language lessons (Beginner to Advanced levels)

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive activities

• Teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

• Support students with pronunciation and grammar accuracy

• Track student progress and provide timely feedback

• Customize lessons based on student objectives (Goethe, TestDaF, conversation, business German, etc.)

• Schedule and manage online classes via virtual platforms

• Communicate with students through chat, email, or learning systems

• Maintain a positive and professional virtual classroom environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native or fluent German speaker

• Teaching experience (online teaching preferred)

• German teaching certification or relevant education is an advantage

• Good English communication skills

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools)

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

• Patient, engaging, and student-centered teaching style

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching non-native German learners

• Knowledge of Goethe-Institut or TestDaF exam preparation

• Ability to create digital learning materials (PPTs, PDFs, worksheets)

• Basic administrative or VA experience is a plus
