EFL Instructor (Contracting)

Position: EFL Instructor (Contracting)

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Salary: Negotiable

(Saudi National/Male only)

Job Purpose: To teach academic English language classes or other Key Skills program e.g employability /health & safety.

Responsibilities:

- Teaching English language curriculum to Institute trainees
- Working with other team members to prepare resources for foundation program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks or other remedial resources
- Monitoring student progress and analysing test results to address weak areas
- Conducting remedial and/or make-up lessons Invigilation of exams
- Substituting other faculty members in cases of absence
- Following and encouraging trainees to follow Institute rules and regulations
- Preparing and implementing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing
schedules for curriculum
- Attending team meetings as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in a related field i.e. TESOL, TEFL or Education
- Recognized teaching certificate i.e. CELTA
- IELTS 7.0 or equivalent (Bilingual only)

Professional Experience:

- 3 years in a teaching role, preferably in a vocational or higher-education institution
- Experience in a technical context desirable
