Job Title: Sales Executive

I. JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast- paced environment.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the logistics market, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

- Close sales deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry.

- Strong knowledge of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports

- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve operational efficiency

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Honest, dynamic and results-driven personalities

- Fluency in Chinese is required

- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
