Salary: $1200 - $1500
Location: Bayab Village, Sangkat, Phnom Penh Thmey, Cambodia
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end movement and distribution of goods, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in supporting business objectives by ensuring that products are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that support organizational goals and drive operational excellence.
- Lead and manage all aspects of transportation, stock transfer and order fulfillment.
- Negotiate and maintain strategic relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and establish continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all logistics activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of logistics systems and digital tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Prepare and manage the logistics budget, providing accurate forecasts and effective cost control.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team to meet current and future business needs.
- Proactively resolve logistics challenges, including delays, capacity issues, and quality concerns, to maintain service excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and build high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to generate data-driven insights and provide management with actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Ms offices , power point and SAP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
