Job Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that enhance the company's brand presence, attract candidates, and support client recruitment campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of digital and print media, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as job advertisements, social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations
- Create engaging visuals for recruitment campaigns and employer branding
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to produce creative concepts
- Design content for digital platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, email campaigns)
- Edit photos, videos, and graphics for promotional use
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing
- Stay updated with design trends and recruitment marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut) is an advantage
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or marketing-related design
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing
- Basic UI/UX design understanding
- Copywriting or content creation skills is a plus
