Aircon Technician (Property Management)

Aircon Technician (Night Shift) – Manila

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Aircon Technician to join our team for a night shift role based in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split-type, window-type, centralized systems)

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults

• Ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely

• Respond to emergency repair requests during night hours

• Maintain proper documentation of service and repairs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or HVAC Technician

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting

• TESDA certification (preferred but not required)

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Physically fit and willing to be on-call if needed
