Position Summary:

This is a full-time Graphic Designer role responsible for creating high-quality visual content and editing short-form videos to support the companys marketing, branding, and digital presence. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in Canva and video editing tools. This role requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to produce polished visual assets on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

- Design social media graphics, banners, ads, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.

- Create branded templates to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

- Develop clean and visually appealing layouts, typography, and color combinations.

- Repurpose existing content into new visual formats (quote posts, carousel graphics, thumbnails, etc.).

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

- Add captions, transitions, music, and effects while maintaining brand consistency.

- Format and optimize videos for different social media channels.

- Repurpose long-form videos into shorter, engaging clips.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.

- Advanced proficiency in Canva (templates, brand kits, animations, etc.).

- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver consistent results.

- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.

- Ability to work full-time and manage a steady workload.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Understanding of social media trends and content styles.

- Experience with simple motion graphics or animations.

- Basic photography or content creation experience.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
