I. Job Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the companys sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence within the logistics industry. This role oversees sales team performance, develops high-impact sales initiatives, and builds strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success. The Sales Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with operational capabilities, market trends, and customer expectations. With a strong focus on leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement, this position plays a critical role in driving profitability and sustainable growth.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management or operations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is required
