GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Reporting to the Sales Manager, the New Business / Account Manager responsibilities include developing long-term
- relationships with existing clients, leveraging industry contacts and knowledge to source and secure new clients. The New
- Business Account Manager will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of print and packaging solutions according to client needs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing existing client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client base
- Generate leads and work to secure new clients
- Proactively communicate with clients
- Proactively communicate with CSRs and internal parties to ensure quality standards and timelines are met
- Meet sales target in accordance with agreed budget
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales / Account Management
- Proactively identify new business opportunities with a focus on target markets
- Maintain close contact with key clients
- Seek to expand supply to existing clients through detailed understanding of their print and marketing needs
- Ensure that specific client requirements are met in a timely manner
- Update clients/production staff of any changes to job specifications or delivery requirements
- Liaise with clients/production staff to ensure complete satisfaction of work produced
- Follow up client satisfaction/complaints to ensure satisfactory outcomes
- Actively seek development opportunities to expand professional and industry networks
- Actively participate in planning meetings for budgets and sales targets
- Work collaboratively with Sales Manager to develop and execute plans to achieve sales and revenue objectives
- Monitor industry trends to capitalise on market opportunities
- Provide timely and accurate reporting as required
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external contacts and colleagues throughout the company.
- Ensure quality assurance procedures, workflow systems, policies and work instructions are always followed.
- Actively seek to increase industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in printing/packaging sales and client relationship management.
- Broad technical knowledge of complete printing and finishing processes.
- Proficient with Prism (or similar application)/ Excel / Microsoft products, desirable but not essential.
- Proven skills in identifying market opportunities.
